I count myself as one fortunate enough to own a D10 G2.
Vaya con Dios, Del Mullen... watched this with Del & Mike, then noticed I got something in my eye...

Re: Mullen Guitars
Yeah Buddy, I’ve seen that previously- but it certainly hits different now. God bless the Mullen family.
Looking forward to getting my G2. I’ll be patient and wait.

Re: Mullen Guitars
That video was actually the main reason I chose to order a Mullen back in 2017.
After a couple years with a Fender 400 I knew I wanted to order a brand new SD10 3x4 and had a long list of possible builders to research. Stumbled across the Mullen website and that video led me to call the factory the next day. I think Del's quote that "we build the Rolls Royce of steel guitars" really got me. Spent an hour on the phone with Mike and placed my order for a G2 on that call. In the weeks that followed while I waited for my build to come up that SD10 3x4 order somehow grew into an SD12 7x5 and I've never second guessed choosing a Mullen. It still plays as smooth as the day I got it.
While it's very bittersweet watching that video now knowing both Del & Mike are no longer with us, it still makes me smile as they accomplished one of the great achievements available to us as human beings: to help spread the joy of making music
