Short Tab - Here's That Rainy Day

Post by John Swain »

Here's a way of archiving chord melody arrangements without the tedium of tabbing out every note..I call it "short tab"like shorthand! The first number is the fret, then pedals( 4-8 on C6, knee levers are named by note they give you on open strings..ie:10/56Bb..would be 10th fret 5+6 pedals + Bb knee lever .You have to know the melody in your head to use this! Pedal 4 Raises string 6 to F. Emmon's arrangement starts starts on Fm as in bat 17.JS

I like it John...really useful approach to a C6 chord chart. This arrangement shall now be known as "Here's that Swain-y Day" :)

John,

I am so impressed with this Short-tab Method… it is great.
I just jump on every one of these that appears here.

Keep them coming.

Best regards.
